Q1: How can I enter the show?

A: You can enter the show in exchange for an Visitor ticket and business cards. Please apply for the FREE Visitor ticket from the following page.

Q2: Can I enter concurrent shows as well?

A: Yes. Once you complete the registration procedures and receive your badge, you are free to leave and re-enter the all of shows during the 3-day exhibition period.

Q4: Is Floor Map available before the show?

A: The Floor Map will be available on the website around two weeks prior to the opening date of the show.

Q5: How can I apply for seminar?

A: Please visit the following website and complete the application. (Website and sessions only in Japanese)

Q6: How can I cancel my application for seminar?

A: Cancellation or change of sessions will not be accepted after completing the application. If the applicant will not be able to make it to the sessions, please have another personnel attend instead.

Q7: Can I visit the show with children?

A: No. This is a B-to-B trade show. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the show.

Q8: Is a visa necessary to enter Japan?

A: Show Management does not support VISAs for visitors. Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan:

Q10: Are there any hotels near the venue?

A: Yes. Visit the following hotel information website for details. (Please note that almost all the hotels near the show venue are expected to be fully booked around the show dates. Show Management recommends visitors to book their accommodation for the show in advance.) Reservations for hotels can be made online.

A: There are several restaurants and shops at the show venue. Please visit the INTEX OSAKA official website for details.

Q12: Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?

A: Wi-Fi is available at designated Wi-Fi spots within INTEX OSAKA.

Q13: Can I leave my luggage at the venue?

A: Yes. Cloakrooms and coin lockers are available on site. Please refer to the floor map of the show venue.

Q14: Can I take pictures at the venue?

A: Recording and photography is strictly prohibited at the exhibition halls and seminar rooms other than authorised press visitors with a press badge.
